Synergy Events At Boston Fashion Week 2018
The SYNERGY Events helps launch international designers and solidify Boston’s place on the fashion map September 29, 2018 – After four years of successfully promoting and launching emerging designers from all over the world, The SYNERGY Events will again be hosting their fifth annual “The Emerging Trends Runway Show” during Boston Fashion Week.
For four years now, The SYNERGY Events has worked with over 50 international and national designers, major sponsors, buyers and press from Boston and New York, giving extensive opportunities for emerging designers to shine, and in many cases, launch their line.
The main initiative in the production of this show is to introduce the new faces of the fashion industry to the up and coming Boston fashion market, ultimately resulting in the high status and placement of Boston on the international fashion map.
This year participating designers hail from Ireland, Canada, Poland, the UK and USA, featuring jewelry, shoes, men’s, and women’s clothing.
Christine Manthey, an incredibly talented designer from USA, was the winner of the Emerging Trends Fashion Challenge in Paris ( paris.theemergingtrends.com) in July of this year.
As part of her prize she will be headlining the Boston show.
Yeashin Kim is an emerging Korean Fashion designer that currently residesin London, England. As a child, she found herself constantly drawing and making clothes from a very young age. Yeashin’s designs seem to stand out from the rest with her repetitive use of bright colors and funky details.
Graduating from London College of Fashion in 2011, Kim received an education in design and took her career to a whole different level. Kim believes that fashion is a form of art, and makes sure to showcase this
belief in her current collection.
Bitru Fariel can easily be described as a unique but extraordinary jewellery designer based out of Poland. Ranging in pieces from art and culture, to pieces that are classified as ready to wear, Fariel exhibits their designs through all ranges of jewelry.
Inspired most by the passion for progressive and cutting-edge style that emphasizes femininity and individuality, Fariel is sure to give a cutting edge at this year’s Boston Fashion Week.
Dublin Ireland Fashion Designer Jennifer Rothwell gained vast experience in many high profile New York designer companies such as Norma Kamali, Katayone Adeli, Calvin Klein, Language and Yigal Azrouel.
Rothwell was chosen to judge a heat of the TV reality show, Norway’s Top Model, which was held in Dublin in July 2010 and was broadcast in Norway on March 14th 2011. Rothwell’s SS13 collection consists of innovative design, luxurious fabrics paired with high quality finishing; amazing fabrics and prints are her forte.
Each of above designers, plus the many more that makes up “The Emerging Trends Runway and Vendor Show” represent the potential and future of Boston fashion and where The SYNERGY Events is helping to take it. The show will take place at the Cyclorama (BCA, Boston) on September 29th, 2018, from 7PM to 11PM.
